The Challenge

DataD, a modern insurtech, needed to reduce their Claims Adjustment Expense (CAE). The manual process of inspecting damaged vehicles, checking policy details, and estimating repair costs was slow (7-10 days) and prone to human error.

Our Solution

We built a mobile-first "Snap & Claim" app backed by a sophisticated AI backend.

  • Computer Vision: Trained a custom model on millions of images of car accidents to identify damage severity and affected parts (bumper, fender, headlights).
  • NLP Integration: Used Natural Language Processing to parse the user's written description of the accident and cross-reference it with the visual evidence.
  • Rule Engine: If the AI confidence score is >95% and the estimated cost is <$2000, the claim is auto-approved and paid out instantly.

The Outcome

The system revolutionized their customer experience. Getting paid in minutes instead of weeks became their primary marketing differentiator.
